What we collect
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our web host automatically records basic technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. We use this only for security and to keep the site running. Our host keeps these logs for a limited period under its own policies.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address only to reply and handle corrections. Please don't send personal health details.
What we don't do
- No cookies, analytics or advertising pixels are used on this site at present.
- No forms collect health information.
- We don't sell or share personal information.
Links to other sites
When you follow a link to a telehealth company, including a paid link, that company's privacy policy applies from then on. Affiliate links may let the company or affiliate network record that you came from this site, typically with their own cookies. Read their policies before sharing health information.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you (usually only emails you sent) and ask us to delete it by emailing hello@modernbodydoc.com. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under laws such as the UK GDPR or US state privacy laws.
