Online therapy

By Rob Falconer (not a clinician) · Last updated

Online therapy platforms connect you with licensed therapists by video, phone or messaging. Most of the real questions are practical: will my insurance pay, what does it cost if not, can I use free sessions from work first, and what happens to what I share? These guides answer those questions from each company's published information.

We don't assess therapists or tell you which kind of therapy you need. A licensed professional can help with that.
